BOOKING INFORMATION

Thank you for visiting my site and considering me as your Reflexology practitioner. I offer appointments between 9.30am and 5pm on Friday, 9.30am until 2pm on Saturday and 9.30am to 11.30am on a Sunday. I work from home and there is a car parking space available. Payments are due at time of treatment and my preferred payment method is bank transfer. Foot REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT

First treatment includes confidential consultation followed by your first Reflexology session. Reflexology itself takes 50 to 60 minutes. Payable on day of treatment.

REFLEXOLOGY TO SUPPORT MENOPAUSE

£40

I follow the physiology of Menopause and do extra work on the reflexes to help bring balance to the endocrine system to balance hormones, the lymphatic system to help ease inflammation and also acupressure points that can help with hot flushes. Payable at time of treatment. Reflexology itself takes 50 to 60 minutes.

Mindful Reflexology

£40

This session starts with a confidential consultation and an introduction to EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), followed by Mindful Reflexology which concentrates on reflexes to help support clients living with stress and anxiety. Allow 1 hour 30 minutes for this appointment.
